We collect the following personal data:

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), area of interest and message. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit duration, collected automatically by the server. Purpose: statistical analysis and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Data retention

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for the period strictly necessary to respond to your request, and for a maximum of 2 years, unless a subsequent contractual relationship arises.

Browsing data is kept for 12 months.

Arco Fiscal does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared with:
