in five steps
Initial meeting and assessment
We look at your project, the type of activity, the expected turnover and your objectives. We then define the most suitable legal structure and tax treatment, whether Lda., single-shareholder company, sole trader or another form.
Incorporation and registration
We support or manage the incorporation process with the IRN and the Commercial Registry. We handle the articles of association, publication in the Diário da República and every registration required.
NIF, NIPC and business registration
We obtain the NIPC from the Tax Authority, complete the business registration and set the VAT and corporate tax treatment. We make sure the chosen regime is the most advantageous one for the company's start-up phase.
Accounting goes live
From the moment the company exists, the accounting starts. We set up the invoicing software, define the internal processes and make sure every document reaches the right place from day one.
Ongoing support
Monthly accounting, payroll processing, VAT, corporate tax and every reporting obligation. Periodic review meetings and a dedicated accountant available by phone and email, with a guaranteed response within 24 hours.
The start-up retainer is €175 + VAT/month for the first 6 months, moving automatically to €225 + VAT/month from the 7th month. Subject to a minimum 12-month contract. The cost of incorporating the company (notary, IRN, publication) is quoted separately according to the type of company. The initial consultation is always confidential and without obligation.
