Five steps to being

Initial consultation
Meeting (in person or by video call) to understand your situation: country of residence, property type, tax objectives and expected purchase timeline.
NIF and fiscal representative
With a power of attorney, we obtain the NIF from the Tax Authority. For non-EU citizens, we also appoint the mandatory fiscal representative.
Holiday letting licensing
After the deed, we handle RNAL registration at the Municipality and business registration with the Tax Authority, so you can legally let the property.
Annual tax compliance
Management of holiday letting tax obligations and annual IRS return. We proactively communicate all deadlines and documents needed from you.
NHR / IFICI application (where applicable)
For clients transferring tax residency to Portugal, we manage the application to the most favourable regime, IFICI, to minimise the tax burden in the first years.
