No. Insurance mediation is available to anyone, regardless of whether you are an accounting or tax client. If you are already a client, the process is even more seamless, we know your profile and coordinate everything internally.

Yes. Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 128/2014 and amendments) requires all holiday letting properties to have a multi-risk insurance policy including public liability coverage. Without this insurance, RNAL registration cannot be completed, and fines may apply.

Yes. Anyone with a Portuguese NIF can take out insurance in Portugal. For non-residents, we manage the entire process, including coordination with the fiscal representative if required, and all communication with the insurer on your behalf.
